Materials Testing

This contract is for materials testing services, including construction materials observation and testing, non-destructive testing, and inspection and testing of steel, stainless steel, and related alloys. The contract has a term of 6 years, with an option to renew. The vendor is required to have AASHTO certification and ASTM certification, and must meet certain standards for testing and inspection.
