Annual Chip Seal Program FY 18/19

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of the CHIP SEAL PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2018/2019 PROJECT and the EVENT CENTER PARKING LOT NO. 2 REHABILITATION PROJECT. The work includes furnishing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals required to place chip seal on roadways at various locations throughout the Town. The contract also includes rehabilitating the 14,500 square yard parking area surface south of the Prescott Valley Events Center. • The bid documents, plans, and specifications can be obtained from the Prescott Valley website or by calling the Public Works Department. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference was held on April 17, 2018. • Sealed bids were accepted until May 7, 2018, at 3:30 PM Arizona MST. • Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid. • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals.
