Vuecrest Sanitary Sewer Trenchless Rehabilitation

The City of Bellevue has awarded a contract for the Vuecrest Sanitary Sewer Trenchless Rehabilitation project. The project involves the CIPP lining of 6-inch and 8-inch diameter sanitary sewers, lining of sewer laterals, installation of cleanouts and manholes, and traffic control, TESC, and property/surface restoration. The contract was awarded to multiple vendors, including Insta-Pipe Inc., Road Construction NW, and Iron Horse LLC. The contract documents include plans, specifications, and bid results. • The project includes CIPP lining of 6-inch (3,056 ft) and 8-inch (1,042 ft) diameter sanitary sewers • Lining of 116 sewer laterals from connection with main to the property/easement line, approximately 2,457 ft • Installation of cleanouts and manholes as necessary to facilitate sewer rehabilitation • Traffic control, TESC, and property/surface restoration as needed to support the above activities
