The Ellsworth Water Station Roof Replacement Project consists of removing and replacing the original standing seam metal roof installed in 1995. The new standing seam, metal roofing system will be supported by the existing roof deck. Related work includes modifications to the roof ventilation equipment with relocations for some of the vents. Fall protection measures will be installed with the project. The drinking water facility will be active throughout the project. The contract work shall be fully complete within 70 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed date. • The contract includes provisions for payment, insurance, and indemnification. • The contractor is required to comply with all relevant federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations. • The contract includes a termination clause, which allows the City to terminate the contract for convenience or for cause. • The contractor is required to provide a performance bond and payment bond. • The contract includes provisions for dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
