This is a sealed‑bid, “all‑or‑none” procurement for the design, installation, and one‑year maintenance of median landscaping along Grelot Road (Cody Road → Hillcrest → Knollwood → University Boulevard) in Mobile, Alabama. The scope includes soil testing, amendment, mulching, fertilization, erosion‑control fencing, tree pruning/removal, stump grinding, traffic‑control coordination, and post‑installation cleanup, all performed to ANSI A300 and ANSI Z133 standards.
