POLISHED CONCRETE FLOORS

This contract is for the provision of polished concrete floor services, including removal of existing floor coverings, diamond honing, patching, and application of hardener/densifier. The contract has a term of 6 years, with an initial term of 1 year and four optional 1-year renewals. The total payment under this contract shall not exceed $100,000.
