Sidewalk Repair & Trip Hazard Mitigation Services

The Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) is seeking a vendor to provide sidewalk repair and trip hazard mitigation services to its member agencies. The vendor will be required to provide a percentage discount from their catalog list or published prices, and to work with CPC to market the contract to participating agencies. The contract will be awarded to one or more vendors based on their pricing, service, and project management capabilities. The scope of work includes the repair of sidewalks and the mitigation of trip hazards, but does not include sidewalk replacement, new construction, slab jacking, or grinding. • The contract is for a single competitive solicitation process, which will eliminate the need for vendors to respond to multiple quotes and proposals. • The vendor will be required to provide warranty protection, training and support, and installation, when applicable. • The vendor will be required to guarantee pricing discounts for the duration of the contract term. • The contract is expected to be awarded to one or more vendors, and the award will be based on the vendor's response to the RFP.
