REMODEL OF TOPEKA WEST HIGH SCHOOL LEADERSHIP STUDIES AND RELATED AREAS

This contract is for the remodel of Topeka West High School Leadership Studies and related areas. The project involves an interior renovation of existing 3,704 sqft of classrooms to create a professional learning environment for students. The contract was awarded to multiple bidders, including JP Construction, Senne & Co., Cooper's, Inc., and Kruse Corp. The bid prices ranged from $385,000 to $434,400. • The project includes the renovation of one existing classroom and the creation of a conference room and restrooms. • The renovation will be done in accordance with all codes and authorities having jurisdiction. • The bidders were required to submit their bids by December 13, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. • A pre-bid meeting was held on November 19, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at the main entrance to Topeka West High School.
