SVC-CABLING/1112 (DATA & VOICE CABLING AS REQUESTED)

The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide voice and data cabling installation at the City's current campuses and remote locations on an as-required basis. The contract requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, testing, freight, handling, delivery, surcharges, or any other incidental charges that may be required for the completion of the contract. The contract also includes a protest policy and procedure in case of any disputes. • The contractor must be experienced in performing the scope of work in accordance with the specifications and meet all minimum qualification requirements. • The contractor must provide a lump sum price for each evaluation scenario. • The contractor must comply with the City's protest policy and procedure. • The contract includes a notice of intent to award the contract to Fiber Solutions. • The contract includes a protest bond requirement for any protests filed. • The contract includes a decision-making process for protests, which involves the City Attorney and the City Manager.
