Right of Way ITQ

This contract is a professional services agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Michael Baker International Inc for right of way ITQ services. The agreement has a term of 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 successive periods of 1 year each. The contract includes provisions for work orders, compensation, termination, and indemnity. The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time without cause or liability. The vendor is required to provide professional services as outlined in the agreement, including property title searches, valuation and appraisal services, and preparation of easement and/or right of entry documentation. The agreement also includes provisions for minority business enterprise (MBE), women's business enterprise (WBE), and veteran-owned business (VOB) participation. • The contract has a maximum annual compensation limit of $500,000. • The vendor is required to provide insurance certificates and to indemnify the City of Pittsburgh against any claims or losses. • The agreement includes provisions for audit rights, applicable law, and venue. • The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to change its template forms and internal procedures with respect to invoicing, work orders, solicitations, proposals, change orders, and other documents issued to the vendor. • The vendor is required to provide all work within the time limits required under the agreement.
