This contract awards a fixed‑price, one‑year software solution to provide The Citadel with a flexible wargaming and decision‑experimentation platform. The vendor will deliver the platform, configure scenario authoring tools, support multi‑team participation, provide after‑action review capabilities, and furnish training and technical support. The award value is $44,500 and the contract runs from late October 2026 through September 2027. • Deliver a commercial or custom SaaS wargaming platform with scenario creation, adjudication, and data export features. • Provide installation, user training, and 2‑hour (or comparable) technical support throughout the contract term. • Maintain required insurance ($5 M per occurrence, $10 M aggregate) and comply with security questionnaire and data‑residency requirements (CONUS only).
