Furnish and Delivery of One (1) Each, 4-Door Mid-Size, 4x4 Sport Utility Vehicle with Audio/Visual Equipment

This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of one 4-door mid-size 4x4 sport utility vehicle with audio/visual equipment for the Kauai Emergency Management Agency. The awarded amount is not to exceed $50,000.00. The contract requires the submission of a written vehicle warranty and tax clearance compliance for final payment. The vendor is required to submit a Contractor's Certificate of Compliance for Final Payment with their final payment invoice.
