Continuing Professional Traffic Engineering Services

This contract is for continuing professional traffic engineering services to be provided by Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. to Orange County, Florida. The services include providing professional engineering services as described in Exhibit A, which is attached to the contract. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms, and the estimated construction cost for any project under this contract shall not exceed $4,000,000. The contract also includes provisions for payment, termination, and indemnity.
