Description
This solicitation issues a single‑award BPA Call Order for FY27 to lift and process tree seedlings at the J.H. Herbert Stone Nursery (Rogue River‑Siskiyou National Forest, Central Point, OR). The work includes hand‑lifting bareroot seedlings, popping and hand‑pulling plug seedlings, grading, sorting, pruning, packaging, and container handling. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, equipment, safety and quality‑control plans, and must comply with Service Contract Act, OSHA, and the Migrant and Seasonal Worker Supplement.
