3 - STANDARD AND VEHICLE FIRST AID KITS AND SAFETY SUPPLIES

This contract is for the provision of standard and vehicle first aid kits and safety supplies to the County of Orange. The contract has a term of 5 years and a total contract amount of $100,000. The contractor, Sidra Medical Supply, Inc., will provide fully stocked first aid kits and supplies to replenish them. The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. The County of Orange has the right to terminate the contract at any time without penalty. The contractor is required to maintain insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
