C-100842 RFP 1-22 Pavement Assessment Services

The City of Vancouver has entered into a services agreement with Capitol Asset & Pavement Services, Inc. for pavement assessment services. The contractor will gather pavement distress rating information and input that data into the City's pavement management software. The scope of work includes a condition survey of the City's streets, with a sampling of the most representative 10% of each management section. The contractor will utilize the MobileRater for Android for data collection and upload data to MTC StreetSaver. The agreement has a term of one year, with the option to extend for three additional years. The contract value is not to exceed $60,000.00 USD.
