Job Order Contracting - Tallahassee Campus

The Job Order Contracting program is a three-year contract with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. The contract is for minor project construction contracts, with a construction budget estimated to be less than $4,000,000. The University intends to award multiple contracts for the upcoming fiscal year. The scope of work includes general construction, maintenance, and repair services. • The contract has three tiers: Tier 1 for projects less than $25,000, Tier 2 for projects between $25,000 and $200,000, and Tier 3 for projects over $200,000. • The contract may require the use of the Design/Build method of delivery. • The University assumes no liability for expenses incurred by suppliers prior to the effective date of the contract.
