The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking a professional‑services firm to lead the ProcureNEXT initiative – a multi‑phase transformation that will standardize, modernize, and optimize procurement operations across 29 SUNY campuses through the Jaggaer e‑procurement platform and advanced automation tools. The contractor will provide end‑to‑end project management, technical implementation, AI‑enabled process automation, training, change‑management, and ongoing governance to ensure consistent adoption and measurable cost‑savings. • Implement and configure the Jaggaer e‑procurement system across 29 campuses, including data migration, integration, and onboarding. • Design and deploy AI, robotic‑process‑automation, spend‑analytics, and digital contract‑management capabilities to improve efficiency and decision‑making. • Provide comprehensive project management, staffing plans, escalation procedures, and acceptance testing; deliver training, stakeholder engagement, and change‑management programs. • Supply quarterly contract‑to‑spend reporting, maintain compliance with NYS data‑protection, accessibility (WCAG 2.1/Section 508), and other regulatory requirements. • Support a contract term of up to three years with two optional one‑year renewals, potentially extending to five years.
