The Port Authority of Allen County is seeking sealed proposals to relocate or remove an excess soil stockpile behind the Jay Begg Parkway property in Allen County, Ohio. The project involves moving approximately 119,000 cubic yards of soil (the total stockpile is ~136,000 CY, with 17,000 CY retained on‑site).
