Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC) Request for Proposal

NASA’s Johnson Space Center is preparing an RFP for a Commercial Low‑Earth‑Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC). The awardee will be responsible for the end‑to‑end development, certification, production, and operation of a commercially owned and operated LEO destination system, covering design, manufacturing, testing, qualification, vehicle transportation, and crew/cargo missions.
