Planned Residential Demolition: Group 11.4.25 (19615 Marx - Demo Only)

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the successful vendor will be required to complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor. • The vendor must be prequalified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement. • The vendor must comply with the Scope of Services and the terms of the contract. • The vendor must provide a complete and correct quote, including all required documents. • The vendor must provide a price sheet and a professional rate schedule. • The vendor must provide a signature page signed by an authorized agent.
