The Defense Health Agency intends to award a firm‑fixed‑price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to CAMS‑care, LLC for the exclusive delivery of Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) training and consultation services to Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Hawaii. The award is non‑competitive because CAMS‑care holds the sole intellectual‑property rights to the CAMS framework, curricula, and assessment tools. The contract will span a five‑year ordering period (30 Sep 2026 – 29 Sep 2031) and includes both standard multi‑session treatment training and brief‑intervention workshops for acute settings. Vendors must submit a capability statement by 10:00 am PT on 25 Sep 2026; challenges to the sole‑source justification must also be filed by that date.
