Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a fully-serviced lease for approximately 1492 Gross Square Feet and a minimum of 1208 Net Square Feet of space within the Delineated Area in Wahiawa, Hawaii. The lease term is 4 years and 11 months with termination rights. The space must provide for an efficient layout, 24-hour unrestricted access, availability of all communications infrastructure, direct access to secondary exterior exit door, and 24-hour lighted parking for 4 Government vehicles. The offeror must also provide evidence of ownership or control of the building or site, and submit a fully executed copy of the written agreement if the offeror does not yet have a vested interest in the property.
• The lease must meet the requirements of the USACE Recruiting Lease Form L100 and the General Clauses Form 3517B.
• The offeror must provide a competitive rate of base cost per square foot for annual rent and a breakout of operating expenses, real estate taxes, and janitorial service costs and utilities.
• The offeror must also provide a construction bid worksheet and a certification of authorization.
• The Government will evaluate proposals based on price, technical factors, and past performance.
