Tactical Equipment

The FBI’s Finance and Facilities Division is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of supplying at least 90 % of a listed set of tactical equipment previously purchased by the agency. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks capability statements, evidence of ability to meet the product list, GSA schedule status, and any innovative approaches that could reduce cost or improve delivery. Responses are voluntary, unclassified, and will not be considered offers; no funds are allocated for response preparation. The information gathered will shape future solicitation requirements. • Minimum 90 % coverage of the attached tactical‑equipment list is desired. • Vendors must submit a capability package (company name, size, DUNS, CAGE, NAICS, GSA schedule, etc.). • Questions must be submitted by 3 PM CT, September 11 2026 via email to the Contract Specialist. • Final RFI response due by September 25 2026 via email. • No commitment to issue a subsequent solicitation; the RFI is for informational and planning purposes only.
