On Call RAP Slurry Seal and Asphalt Cold Mix-2026

The City of Garden Grove is seeking bids for the 2026 On-Call Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) Slurry Seal and Asphalt Cold Milling project. The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for the slurry seal and asphalt cold milling work on various streets within the City of Garden Grove. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for additional years. The City reserves the right to include Option A, which includes on-call asphalt cold milling, pulverization, trucking, street sweeping, and operator services. Key aspects of the project include: * Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for the slurry seal and asphalt cold milling work * Providing on-call services for asphalt cold milling, pulverization, trucking, street sweeping, and operator services * Maintaining a local office within a 60-mile radius of the City of Garden Grove * Providing a 24-hour emergency phone number * Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including OSHA and Federal regulations * Providing proof of insurance and bonds as required by the City * Submitting a bid that includes pricing for both Part I and Option A * Agreeing to commence the project within ten calendar days from the date set forth in the "Notice to Proceed" The City is looking for a qualified contractor who can provide high-quality services, meet the requirements of the project, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
