Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Karl Storz ENT equipment lease and service. The contract will include the lease of 4 AIDA doc series systems in 4K, with all ancillary items included, as well as a monthly comprehensive service agreement to fully cover all leased items. The service agreement will include priority exchange and repairs within 24 hours, with 24/7/365 technical service support. The contract will have a base period of one year, with options to extend for up to two additional years.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supplies, parts, supervision, and materials required to repair and maintain Government-owned and leased Karl Storz Endoscopes and Communications equipment.
• The contractor will be required to submit invoices electronically in accordance with VAAR Clause 852.232-72 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
• The contract will be awarded to a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) listed in the SBA certification database.
