The State of South Carolina seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a mobile welding training laboratory and accompanying life‑skills curriculum for individuals under probation, parole, and pardon supervision. The contractor must design, furnish, and operate a fully equipped, transportable welding lab capable of serving up to 20 participants per cycle, provide all instructional staff and materials, and offer post‑training job‑placement assistance for at least six months. The contract is fixed‑price, spans an estimated five‑year period with optional one‑year renewals, and requires the mobile lab to become State property at contract end.
• Provide a mobile welding lab (≤ 45 ft) with power source, safety systems, and all consumables.
