Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division is seeking a firm-fixed-price contract for an Electromechanical Test Frame System. The system should include a 100kN dual column floor standing electromechanical complete test frame, grips and adapters for existing MTS, and on-site service package and installation. The contractor shall provide a quote that includes pricing, cage code, FOB destination, point of contact, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size, and lead time for product delivery. The quote should be rounded off to the nearest whole dollar.
Key features of the system include:
• 100kN electromechanical complete Test Frame (20kip)
• Cross head mounted actuator or gearing/drive train mounted above test space
• Closed loop feedback control
• Minimum Speed 0.000002in./min
• Maximum speed 1in./min or more
• 120VAC Power
• Test Control Software
• Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for test frame
• Ability to be controlled by external source (+/-10V analog)
• Special grip adapters and accessories for existing NSWCCD fixturing
• Installation and calibration of testing equipment, LVDT and Load Cell
The contractor shall deliver the system to the FOB Destination, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, within 6 months after award of contract.
