Description
The Naval Academy is seeking to procure cardio equipment, including treadmills, upright bikes, and rowing machines, for use in Macdonough Hall. The equipment must be brand name exact match to the specified models and must be made in the USA, in compliance with the Buy American Act. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, installation, and removal of existing equipment. The delivery shall occur between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, by February 1, 2026.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the required brand name items.
• The contractor must provide an authorized reseller certification for each brand name item.
• The contractor must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable clauses and provisions, including those related to cybersecurity and supply chain security.
