Heritage Lakes No 1 Lift Station Replacement (CIP S-48)

This project entails the complete rehabilitation and replacement of the Heritage Lakes No. 1 sanitary pump station in Hilliard, Ohio. The work includes demolition of the existing lift station, installation of new submersible pumps, construction of a new valve/control building, installation of a natural‑gas emergency generator, and placement of approximately 111 linear feet of 6‑, 8‑, and 10‑inch force‑main piping. Additional scope covers site grading, construction of a new access drive and parking area, and required permitting and utility coordination. • Demolition and removal of existing pump‑station equipment, piping, and structures. • Installation of polyurethane‑lined wet well and upstream manhole, new pumps, and force‑main piping. • Construction of a 240 sf valve/control building, generator, and associated civil works (drive, parking, grading).
