Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a vendor to paint and patch the interior walls and bedrooms of Unit K. The project includes patching and painting the common area, patient bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as the nursing station wall. The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary materials and ensuring a clean, uniform finish. The project is expected to start on February 23rd, 2026, and be completed by March 20, 2026.
• The vendor must inspect each area requiring patchwork and ensure all walls are dry and free of debris before starting work.
• The vendor must remove or cover all furniture, fixtures, and floor surfaces to protect from dust and paint splatters.
• The vendor must apply at least two coats of paint for full coverage and uniform finish.
• The vendor must maintain proper ventilation and temperature during the painting process.
• The vendor must provide regular updates to the client on project progress.
