KHC BIOMERIEUX SUPPLIES

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) is seeking to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Biomerieux, Inc. for supplies, including BioFire RP2.1 Panel and Filmarray GI Panel. The period of performance will be a base plus four option years. The award will be a sole source procurement. • The supplies are required by the Laboratory Department. • The award will be made in accordance with RFO 12.102(b), for Acquisitions valued over the SAT. • The Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents. • Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
