S--Intent to Sole Source Notice

The United States Department of the Interior is issuing an Intent to Sole Source Notice for landscaping services at Meridian Hill Park, Rock Creek Park, Washington, DC. The government intends to procure a HUBZone sole source acquisition based on its review of TCG Property Care capabilities. A firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated with TCG Property Care on a sole source basis.
