The City of Saco is seeking competitive sealed bids to supply two outdoor‑rated dry‑air odor control units (scrubbers) for its Wastewater Resource Recovery Department. The units must meet specific airflow, voltage, and media‑capacity requirements and be capable of controlling odors such as hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, ammonia, and amines.
