Wastewater System Flow Monitoring Services

The City of Modesto is seeking a consultant to provide wastewater system flow monitoring services. The scope of work includes the installation of up to 50 flow monitors in manholes throughout the City's wastewater collection system, data collection, and analysis. The consultant will be required to provide project management, permitting, and environmental clearance services. The project is expected to last approximately 12 months, with the flow monitoring period lasting around 4 months. The consultant will be required to submit a proposal, including a cover letter, project team and experience, proposed scope of services, project schedule, and level of effort. • The consultant will be evaluated based on their proposed scope of services, project team and experience, and level of effort. • The consultant will be required to provide a draft and final report, including raw and refined data, and a summary of the flow monitoring results. • The consultant will be required to maintain adequate insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance. • The consultant will be required to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those related to safety, health, and environmental protection.
