The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region 10 is seeking quotations for recurring quarterly document destruction services. The services will be performed at two locations in Washington state: Bothell and Lynnwood. The contractor will be required to provide on-site shredding using a truck-mounted document destruction device, and certificates of destruction must be provided for each service occurrence. The contractor must also supply five 95-gallon locking bins per location. • The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options for renewal. • The contractor must be a GSA Schedule holder. • The contractor must provide pricing for all option years. • The award will be made based on best value to the Government, considering contractor experience, qualifications, and ability to provide scheduled quarterly service.
