Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking to lease office and related space in St. Cloud, Florida. The space required includes private offices, open office and circulation area, conference room, break room, reception area, mail/copy area, ADP room, consultation/huddle room, mud room, laboratory, and storage room. The maximum rentable square footage (RSF) is 4534 square feet, and the maximum ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) is 4237 square feet. The lease term is 240 months, with a firm term of 120 months and termination rights after 120 days.
Key requirements include:
• Meeting Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards
• Providing a fully serviced lease
• Ensuring the space is not in a flood plain
• Complying with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)
• Registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) if intending to submit an offer
