The City of San Mateo is seeking bids for the City Hall Office Remodel project. The project involves the renovation of office spaces at City Hall, located at 330 W. 20th Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94403. The estimated construction cost of this project is $25,000.00. • The project requires a Class B contractor's license. • The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. • The prevailing wage scale, as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations of the State of California, will be the minimum paid to all craftsmen and laborers working on this project. • The City reserves the right to retain five percent (5%) of the contract price for 35 days after it records the Notice of Completion.
