The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA AP HIS) is seeking quotations for a brand‑name or equal Polar King refrigerated trailer (model DT822T) to support Wildlife Services field operations. The trailer must be a seamless fiberglass unit, 34‑35 ft overall length, 26 ft deck length, capable of maintaining 15‑35 °F, equipped with a 2.8 hp refrigerant system (R‑454A), integrated rail/trolley system, winch, generator, reinforced flooring, and a full suite of accessories (doors, curtains, lighting, power outlets, etc.). One unit is required, to be delivered within 140 days of award to the USDA AP HIS Indiana State Office (West Lafayette, IN). The acquisition is a total small‑business set‑aside (EDWOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone eligible). Evaluation will be lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA).
