Mechanical Repair Service

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a contractor to provide mechanical repair services for various city departments and agencies. The contract will cover labor rates for skilled mechanics performing routine repair services during regular service hours, as well as outside of regular service hours. The contractor will also be reimbursed for parts and materials used for repair services. The estimated expenditures for parts and materials are $103,000.00. • The contractor must provide labor rates for skilled mechanics performing routine repair services during regular service hours (Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM) and outside of regular service hours (Monday through Friday between 4:30 PM and 8:00 AM and Saturdays and Sundays). • The contractor must provide parts and materials used for repair services and will be reimbursed by the city. • The contractor must have a completed Annual Bid Security Application and must have paid the Annual Bid Security Fee, Bid Processing Fee, and Performance Security Fee (if applicable). • The contractor must submit their quote through PHLContracts and must meet all qualifications and requirements specified in the bid.
