T2SS FY27-32 ENGINEERING SERVICES

The US Army is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a proposed sole source contract to acquire engineering services in support of the Tube Launched Optically Tracked Wireless 2 Subsystem (T2SS) for the Improved Bradley Fighting Vehicle (IBFV). The procurement will utilize the Defense Logistics Agency's Alpha 6 contract as a subsumable contract. The anticipated effort includes refinement and maintenance of the IBFS T2SS and associated equipment, including engineering, configuration management, Field Service Representative (FSR), logistics support, fielding, and contractor repairs. The requirement is for Fiscal Years 2027-2032. • The contract is expected to be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee/Firm-Fixed Price contract. • The procurement is sole source to Raytheon Company, Cage Code 2F259. • The proposed solicitation issue date is on or about 12 December 2025, with a closing date of 11 February 2026.
