Description
The City of Lawrenceville is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Business and Operations Plan for the Lawrenceville Arts Center (LAC). The plan should include an operational assessment, market analysis, financial modeling, governance framework, and revenue development strategy. The LAC is a $35 million, multi-use arts facility featuring performance venues, exhibition space, and flexible community and rental spaces. The selected firm will be required to conduct stakeholder engagement, analyze facility utilization, and provide recommendations for improving operations and increasing revenue.
