Buckhead CID Livable Centers Initiative Master Plan

The Buckhead Community Improvement District is seeking a qualified consulting firm to update the Buckhead Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Master Plan. The effort will produce a comprehensive, data‑driven plan that aligns land use, multimodal transportation, economic development, and placemaking for the Buckhead and Lenox MARTA station areas. The scope includes: • Assessment of existing conditions (land use, transportation, infrastructure, environmental assets). • Development and execution of a robust public‑engagement program targeting diverse community stakeholders. • Production of a draft and final LCI plan with design concepts, policy recommendations, and implementation strategies (including 30 % design of a central park and walkable streetscape prototype). • Coordination with ARC, City of Atlanta, MARTA, GDOT, and local community‑based organizations. • Delivery of detailed reports, GIS/graphics, and a five‑year implementation schedule.
