Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a fee, but typical master‑plan contracts for a 25‑acre municipal park in North Carolina range from $150,000 to $300,000, depending on the depth of analysis, level of community engagement, and optional services (e.g., surveying, environmental studies). The lower end assumes a basic planning scope with limited optional work; the higher end reflects extensive public outreach, detailed cost modeling, and supplemental services.
