Description
The Town of Apex is seeking a qualified engineering or consulting firm to develop a comprehensive stormwater Master Plan for its downtown residential core (≈185 acres). The selected consultant will inventory existing drainage assets, conduct hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, propose a Capital Improvement Plan (including green infrastructure), engage the public, and identify grant‑funding opportunities. The effort may be phased, with final scope, schedule, deliverables, and compensation to be negotiated after the SOQ award.
• Scope includes data collection, GIS/field surveys, H&H modeling, and cost‑benefit analysis of mitigation projects.
• Deliverables: asset inventory, modeling results, prioritized CIP with cost estimates, public‑engagement report, and grant‑strategy memo.
• Required submission: Statement of Qualifications (≤25 pages, PDF) by 2 p.m. ET on 20 Nov 2026.
• Questions due 6 Nov 2026; award anticipated Jan 2027.
• Firm must be licensed in NC and demonstrate experience on similar stormwater or infrastructure master plans.
