The City of Austin is seeking qualified engineering and consulting firms to provide professional services for the Northeast Plant Expansions of three wastewater treatment plants – Wildhorse, Taylor Lane, and Pearce Lane. The solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) requiring firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and a Minority‑Owned/Women‑Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) compliance plan. The selection process will conclude by December 2026 with contract execution anticipated in January 2027.
