Description
The Town of Cary is seeking qualified engineering firms to develop a comprehensive 25‑year master plan and re‑rating analysis for the North Cary Water Reclamation Facility (NCWRF). The scope includes data collection, facility capacity evaluation, hydraulic and process modeling, re‑rating alternatives analysis, technical memoranda, stakeholder coordination, and multiple workshops. Firms must submit a qualifications package (max 40 PDF pages) that details corporate background, relevant project experience, proposed approach, staffing, and hourly rates (price will not be a selection factor). The project aims to increase plant capacity from 12.0 MGD to 15.0 MGD while emphasizing sustainability, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
