Description
DeKalb County is seeking a qualified consulting firm to update the Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Master Plan for the Candler Road/Flat Shoals Parkway corridor, covering roughly 1,900 acres in unincorporated Decatur, Georgia. The study area includes about 7,200 residents and is designated as a Regional and Neighborhood Center in the County’s Unified Plan. The consultant will perform comprehensive land‑use, transportation, and community‑development analysis, produce updated planning documents, and align the plan with the Atlanta Regional Commission’s LCI Investment Policy Studies program.
• Scope: Urban planning, zoning, land‑use analysis, transportation consulting, and community‑development recommendations.
