Stryker Neptune Preventative Maintenance & Service Repairs

The State University of New York (SUNY) Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking a vendor to provide annual preventative maintenance and repair services for Stryker Neptune equipment. The contract term is 1 year and the vendor must be certified by and have authorization from Stryker to provide support for this equipment. The equipment includes 63 Neptune 3 Rover ProCare units and 6 Neptune 2 Docker ProCare units. • The vendor will be responsible for providing 2 PM's and repairs as needed for each unit. • The vendor must have proof of certification/authorization from Stryker to obtain additional information. • The contract has a set aside goal of 0% for minority owned, women owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. • The due date for proposals is 11/07/2025 9:00 AM.
