Electricity Purchase

The City of New Haven is seeking qualified electricity suppliers to provide multi‑year retail electric supply to all municipal accounts (schools, public‑safety facilities, major city buildings). The contract will be a 60‑month block‑and‑index arrangement with two retail‑adder options and a fixed 2 MW ATC block product. Suppliers must hold a Connecticut PURA retail supplier license, meet credit‑rating requirements, demonstrate existing block‑and‑index capability for at least five ISO‑NE customers, and be able to produce detailed monthly Excel billing. The City will evaluate non‑price qualifications first (Phase 1) and then price proposals (Phase 2).
